Working to produce dogs as seen from Old Tyme days and of Old World Quality.A hardy vintage farm type bulldogge, the kind remembered lounging in the doorways of old barns and frolicking in the feilds.
Mixing Old Style with a twist of modern cultivated color to produce exceptional bulldogs of an elite strain.
I may only have 1 or 2 litters a year or possibly none at all, depending where I am in my program. I will only breed if it is to the benefit of the line I am working on, being very particular about the dogges I choose to breed together. I am adament in my scrutiny of stock and potential prospects.
Pups and Adults that do not fit into my program may come available to the public occasionaly. I may hold onto a pup into adulthood to see how it developes as they can change drastically and find it doesn't fit the criteria required.
How
to Buy a pup
Guests are welcome to visit by Appointment Only.*Pups will be listed below when available
*Please contact me directly for pricing on pups by phone or email.
*Prospective buyer must be 20 years of age or older to be elegible to buy a bulldog.
~These dogs require alot of time, money, responsibility and commitment~
*Applicants with previous bull breed ownership backgrounds will be given precendent priority for placements over those who have no seasonal experience with bully breeds.
*I reserve the right to always put the best interest of the pups first and the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason I feel is deemed appropriate for the safety of the pup and potential buyer.
*Prospective buyer must contact me for a Questionnaire to read, fill out and mail back to me. They must also contact me in person or by phone for a personalized screening/character check. Once this is done, buyer chooses pup or breeding that interests them, pays deposit or pays in full, plus any shipping expenses.
*Buyer must sign a Sales Contract which has the Health Guarantees enclosed pertaining to pup. There are two seperate contracts one for Pet Quality and one for Show/Breeding Quality.
*Pup will be shipped after 8 weeks unless other arrangements have been made to have pup picked up or delivered into new owners care.
*Any pups or adults sold, will have had a thorough health examination by a certified veterinarian, Have been vaccinated and dewormed prior to leaving.
*A non-refundale deposit is required to hold a pup, this is to ensure you are committed to the pup. The exception to this rule is, should a pup become unavailable, the deposit will be returned or buyer may have option to choose of another pup if available.
*Pups are considered reserved in order of deposit recieved. However if pup is not paid in full by eight weeks, buyer forfeits any rights to pup, with no refund.
*Pup must be paid in full as well as any shipping expenses before leaving to their new home.
*Pups will be 8 weeks or older before leaving us.
*Pups come with a written One Year Health Guarantee as well as an accidental death clause (if pup dies within one year from an accident) buyer will have option of replacement pup on the Sales Contract.
*Pup will be accompanied with a Puppy Packet which includes health papers, registry papers (unless on pet/spay/neutor contract where papers are held until procedure is confirmed done) pup care sheet prescribing the recomended care for ensuring a smooth and positive transition for the pup and new owner.
*I may consider trade of registered stock from another breeders yard under private treaty.
I encourage you to reserve your name on a waiting list on any planned breedings that may interest you.
Transporting Pups
Depending on your location I may be able to deliver,meet halfway or ship via airline or new owner may come to pick up pup.
Fees are determined by fuel and airline prices.

Care of the Brood

Dams have their own room in the house for whelping in a whelping box
with access to a bed if they so choose to relax away from the brood.
Pups can feel secure and content in their own private nursery with
their dam where they can be monitered 24/7. I find a canopy over the
whelping box helps dams feel at ease similar to a natural den
atmosphere and stimulates their nesting & maternal instincts.
Kid Tested ~ Mother Approved
Dogs used in the program must pocess the "Kid Friendly" element.
It is strongly recommended that children and dogs should always be supervised when together.
Finding The Right Homes for the Pups
My dogges are like family, when they have pups; I expect proper care of them which includes all the nessesary functions to ensure this, a quality diet, fresh water at all times,a safe and warm environment to live in, adequate exercise and mental stimulation, socialization and training and vet checks when warranted.
There is a high standard set for the quality of life a pup and dog deserve.
I strive to find the best possible homes I can for my pups. Looking for responsible, knowledgable owners that are ready, with the proper facilities and resources that are willing and able to take on the responsibility to provide for a pups needs.
After Sales Support
Pups come with a lifetime return provision.
I will take back any pup or dog bred here back at any time of its life, I realize in the real world people have life changes, have troubles.
I offer ongoing after sales support for rearing and development, character building, training, and all around bulldog owner management. I also encourage updates on the pups' development and accomplishments from their owners. I will also replace a pup that may have been killed from an accident from possesion date until one year of age. There are unmistakably freak accidents that do happen and can be very heartbreaking, and I offer my services for any circumstance.
Planned Breedings are tentative plans
Due
to the fact that we are dealing with living breathing animals and the
fact that we can't see into the future, there is no guarantee on
breedings. Any variable of unknown circumstances may come into play,
chosen stud prospect may become unavailable or a potential quality stud
from another source may become available, bitches may not "take" on a
breeding and any number of reasons may effect the schedual.
Any changes will be posted reflecting new plans or events.
